We are a diverse enterprise with a team of 42 dedicated fabric specialists, senior managers and merchandisers, qualified quality auditors and quality control officers that have an extensive professional experience in the textile industry.

INLINE INSPECTION

Our QC teams follow stringent SOP and audit procedure to assure the required quality is being maintained to either AQL 1.0;2.5 or 6 SIGMA Level.

PREPRODUCTION

We use this process to maximize product quality and safety. We implement process controls and QMS to detect defects and non conformities early in the manufacturing process.

PILOT RUN

We use Pilot Run strategy for measurements grading, prints embellishments and embroidery application..etc to test readability before bulk.

SOP SYSTEM

We use detailed reference guide to all vendors in our data base to increase efficiency and maintain quality control management from product design to delivery.

BEST PRACTICE

We regularly undertake risk assessments to identify potential issues and problems troubleshooting solutions during: Pilot prior to bulk production Inline & final bulk inspections.

FINAL INSPECTION

Final inspections are performed by well trained quality auditors and quality control officers in accordance to customer’s QC requirements and compliance.

GENERAL TESTING PARAMETERS

We conduct Fabric and textiles testing on behalf of our clients to ensure compliance to textile international standards and regulations as well as to ensure the integrity and quality of the product. Whether you need fibre identification, flammability resistance and anti static properties, performance testing, or product labelling, we can help facilitate your product testing, research, or development.
